By accessing and using the Price Mitra website (pricemitra.in) and purchasing our products (Spices, Dry Fruits, Masalas), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants.

We sell agricultural produce (Mirchi, Dry Fruits). Prices for these commodities fluctuate daily based on the APMC Yard/Mandi rates in Gadag and Byadgi.

• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
• If you have placed an order, we will honor the price at which the order was confirmed, regardless of subsequent market hikes.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable GST.

To access certain features, you may be required to register with your mobile number (OTP verification). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. Price Mitra will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

We try to be as accurate as possible. However, spices are natural products. The color of Byadgi Chilli or Turmeric powder may vary slightly from batch to batch or from the photos displayed on your screen due to lighting and monitor settings. We do not warrant that product descriptions are 100% error-free, though we strive for perfection.

We use third-party logistics partners (such as Delhivery, DTDC, India Post) to deliver orders across India.

• Delivery timelines are estimates (usually 3-7 days).
• Price Mitra is not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes (Bandhs), or courier operational issues.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud avoidance department.

The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights and trademarks. 'Price Mitra' and our logo are trademarks of our company in Gadag. Copying our product photos or descriptions is strictly prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Gadag, Karnataka.
